2022 Annual Meeting

Annual Meeting - 5:30 PM.    Reception - 6:00-7:30 PM

​Meeting:  Members and a guest are invited to attend the 2022 annual membership meeting and reception, which will be held on-site at the History Center on Thursday, December 15, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.  This is an opportunity to meet and mingle with other members, review the year, vote, recognize the Volunteer of the Year and more. Behind the-scenes tours, a special pop-up exhibit, and light refreshments will be available. Proxy voting is available for those who can not attend. Please read below for more information and to review the meeting minutes from last year.

Registration: Please RVSP by December 10, 2022. Call 315-735-3642 or email ochc@oneidacountyhistory.org 

By-Laws: No significant changes from 2020. The term "Honorary Board Director" will be updated to "Emeriti Board Director" to more accurately reflect this position. See Section 2.7.  

Board of Directors 2023:  Lacey Carpenter, Tim Fitzgerald, Julie Gederos, Barbara, Granato, Chris Hameline, Dietra Harvey, John Hobika, C. Sonia Martinez, Catherine McEnroe, Jason Mitchell, Lou Parrotta, and Mary Stronach.

Proxy Voting: Members give their vote to the Board proxy- (Board Secretary Barbara Granato) with proxy voting. The Secretary will cast your vote as she would vote.  Your presence is required at the meeting if you want to cast your own vote. To vote by proxy please complete the mail-in or online form available below. Mail in forms must be received (not post-marked) by December 14, 2022.
